Can't get a electrician to come out and look at my Electric Fireplace 60" by HOMCOM . Not worth there time. Senior Can't afford to buy another one. Bought it thru Amazon. Do you know an electrician?

We didnt finish unpacking after that, so I cant comment on the quality of the product.
I really hope we hear back because we want to get it set up and have the use of it. After a process they got in touch with us again, and they sent us a new product.

Some plastic parts missing
- Customer bought a metal shed through an agent and says the agent is unresponsive.
- Cream nuts to secure sheets are missing and the bag was open.
Hi we bought a metal shed though 1 of your agents we have contacted them about the problem and not interested at all basically took the money and don't want to know so the problem is the little cream nuts you use on the inside to hold the sheets in place are missing as when we opened the box the bag was all open when is now stopping us from completion of the shed if you could help us out would be appreciated.

Replacement cover for gazebo & 2 damaged fixings
- Two fittings broke and the cover was damaged on my Outsunny gazebo.
- Rep said replacement fittings aren't available and wouldn't share a cover source.
Two of the fittings broke on my gazebo and the cover got damaged. I asked if they knew where I could purchase replacement fittings and where I could purchase a new cover because there wasn't many 4mx4m around.
The man on the phone told me I couldn't get replacement fittings and he wouldn't tell me where to purchase a cover, in case I wasn't happy with it and it would be his fault. He told me to buy a new gazebo.
I don't want to pay that much out again. I'm happy with Outsunny products, but my gazebo is only just a year old.

Cup holder
- The chair has two cup holders in one.
- The holder leans, causing spills.
- They offered $21 for parts or a replacement; not as advertised.
As advertised the Outsunny rocker/recliner with cup holder/pad. There is actually 2 cup holders in one.
The problem is the holder leans on a slant. If you put a cup not sealed the liquid would spill. I sent a message several times only speaking to Amazon. Finally I decided to look up the ph#.
Spoke with a rep and he said it is what it is. (To sum it up.) They offered me $21 for parts???/a replacement chair which has the same problem. I saw $40 on one note but it was never offered. pissed.

When I was a child I had temper tantrums whenever something was difficult to assemble. This behavior continued as a young adult and later a married man.
It definitely affected my marriage. I went crazy when things didnt go my way. Finally after my marriage ended I matured to the point of suppressing my childlike behavior. Now Im 70 and my present wife bought an Outsunny deck lounger from a catalog company.
It was just shy of $1000. Much to my surprise it had to be FULLY assembled. As unbelievable as that was the instructions had only pictures and numbers - not a single word of instruction. This had to be a joke but there was no one to answer the phone to help so it wasnt so funny.
The parts didnt fit right and the work space was to small to get your hands into. I spent 25-30 hours putting this piece of crap together. Fortunately my wife wasnt around me during this fiasco. At 70 years I lapsed backward in time to my irrational childhood antics.
IF YOU BUY OUTSUNNY PRODUCTS YOULL LIKELY LOSE IT LIKE I DID. YOULL REALIZE TOO LATE THAT IT WASNT AT ALL WORTH THE PRICE AND DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE TIME. BTW THE LOUNGER HAS MRTAL PARTS WHICH BEGAN RUSTING WITHIN WEEKS OF THE AGGRAVATING ASSEMBLY. HEAR ME.
ITS A LOSE LOSE!! DONT BE A FOOL.
